The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by E-Ink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and convert your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and convert the content.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused features, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide advance notice of any price changes and give you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Files uploaded to our Service are temporarily stored for processing purposes only. We automatically delete uploaded files within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any loss of data and recommend keeping backups of important files.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruption of service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, E-INK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-Ink and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
