What is the difference between EPUB and kePub?

Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scanned pages are processed with OCR on the server, so image-only PDFs are converted too. Very large scans may take a little longer.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
The PDF is uploaded once for text extraction and EPUB assembly. The final Kobo markup injection happens entirely in your browser — the generated EPUB never leaves your device.
How much does it cost?
